General Questions

Where are you located?

We are located at 12-831 Devonshire Rd, Victoria, BC V9A 4T5. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Victoria and serve customers across Vancouver Island and throughout all of British Columbia. Many of our parts and products can also be shipped Canada-wide through our online store.

How do I get a quote for a custom trailer build or repair?

Custom Trailer Builds

How long does it take to build a custom trailer?

Build times vary depending on the complexity of the project. A basic utility trailer may take a few weeks, while a fully equipped food trailer or bathroom trailer can take several months. Contact us with your project details and we’ll give you an estimated timeline.

Can you build a food trailer that meets BC health authority requirements?

Yes! We build food trailers and food trucks that are fully Foodsafe compliant and meet BC health authority requirements. We also assist with Technical Safety BC documentation and Foodsafe manuals to help you get your permits in order.

Do you build food trucks as well as food trailers?

Yes, we do both. We can outfit an existing truck or build a complete food truck from the ground up, including all plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and equipment installation.

Can you add branding and signage to my trailer or food truck?

Absolutely! We offer custom signage and company branding services including vinyl wraps, decals, menu boards, and full branding packages. Ask us about branding when you request your quote.


Repairs & Inspections

What types of trailers do you repair?

We repair all types of trailers including utility trailers, food trailers, food trucks, bathroom trailers, fridge/freezer trailers, and more. We handle structural repairs, electrical, plumbing, flooring, hitches, brakes, and welding.

Do you offer trailer inspections?

Yes. We offer professional trailer inspections for buyers and sellers, including a full structural, electrical, and safety assessment with a written report. This is especially useful if you’re purchasing a used trailer.

Do you do Technical Safety BC compliance work?

Yes. All of our electrical and gas work is Technical Safety BC compliant, and we can assist with Technical Safety BC manual preparation and compliance consulting for food trailers and food trucks.

What products do you sell in your online store?

We carry a wide range of trailer parts and accessories including:

  • Century Plastics water tanks (23L to 908L) — NSF/ANSI 61 & FDA certified for potable water

Can I pick up my order in Victoria?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our Victoria location at 12-831 Devonshire Rd during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10AM–6PM). Select local pickup at checkout.

Do you ship products across Canada?

Yes, we ship most products Canada-wide. Shipping costs and timelines vary by product size and destination. Large items like water tanks may have additional freight charges — contact us for a shipping quote on larger items.

Are your water tanks safe for drinking water?

Yes. All Century Plastics water tanks we carry are certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and FDA standards, making them safe for potable/drinking water use. They are manufactured with FDA-approved resins and made in Canada.

Can I order a battery box without cable holes?

Yes! All of our Century Plastics battery boxes are available with or without cable holes. Simply select the “No Holes” variant when adding to your cart, or contact us to specify when ordering.


Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit, and other payment methods through our secure online checkout. For large custom builds and service work, contact us directly to discuss payment arrangements.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, an order confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you automatically after purchase. For service work and custom builds, we provide detailed quotes and invoices upon request.
